1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, or entering into a service agreement with Tallowmark, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

2. About Tallowmark

Tallowmark is a financial education business registered and operating in Thailand. Our registered address is 47/3 Phetkasem Road, Hat Yai, Songkhla 90110. We provide educational sessions and materials on personal finance matters for individuals and families.

3. Nature of Our Services

Tallowmark provides financial education, not financial advice. Our sessions are designed to help you understand financial concepts, tools, and approaches. The content we provide:

• Is for educational and informational purposes only.
• Does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision.
• Does not account for your personal financial circumstances unless explicitly discussed in session.

We encourage all clients to consult a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or legal professional before making significant financial decisions. Our educators are not licensed financial advisors under Thai law.

4. Booking and Scheduling

Services are confirmed upon receipt of a written or verbal agreement and, where applicable, an advance payment. Session schedules are agreed between you and a Tallowmark team member. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred times, subject to availability. A service is considered active once confirmation has been issued by Tallowmark.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are as quoted at the time of booking. Prices on our website are indicative and may vary based on specific client arrangements. Payment terms will be communicated prior to service commencement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future bookings with reasonable notice.

Fees are non-refundable once a service has commenced, except where Tallowmark cancels the service (see Section 6).

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• By you (client): Sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no charge, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of a session may forfeit that session's fee.
• By Tallowmark: In the event we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as promptly as possible and offer a suitable alternative time. If an alternative cannot be agreed, a proportional refund will be issued.
• Circumstances beyond control: Sessions affected by circumstances outside either party's control (severe weather, illness, public emergencies) will be rescheduled without penalty where possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Tallowmark — including written reports, templates, session notes, and reference guides — are the intellectual property of Tallowmark. Materials provided to you are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share Tallowmark materials without prior written consent.

All content on our website (text, design, graphics) is owned by or licensed to Tallowmark and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Tallowmark accepts no liability for:

• Financial losses, investment outcomes, or decisions made based on educational content provided in our sessions.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services or website.
• Interruption, errors, or inaccuracies on our website.

Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Conduct and Participation

We ask that all participants engage with our sessions respectfully and in good faith. Tallowmark reserves the right to discontinue services to any client whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, or inconsistent with a constructive learning environment. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued for sessions already delivered.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse it — including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content without permission. We may suspend access to the website for maintenance or update purposes without notice.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; Tallowmark is not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Songkhla Province, Thailand.
